Easy Baby was born out of the need for mamas, papas, grandmas, grandpas, and others to have to have an easier, organized, and more stylish way to care for their little ones. In addition, our diaper bag pouches provide your little one an easy way to communicate their needs.

What bags do Easy Baby Travelers fit in?
There are many modern bags out there and you may choose to carry all or some of your Easy Baby Travelers at all times. Easy Baby Travelers fit in most mid to large size diaper bags and diaper backpacks. We make Carry-Alls designed to fit your Easy Baby Travelers in. In the event that your Easy Baby Travelers do not fit in your bag, and you would like to return them, we offer free 30 day returns from receiving your order. How many kids will Easy Baby Travelers accommodate at one time?
Generally, our diaper bag pouches accommodate two kids for one day. This may vary depending on the needs of your children and how old they are. Infants tend to need more perishables (bottles) than toddlers and preschoolers need sippy cups. The insulated bottle bag will hold up to three large Dr. Brown sized bottles or six of the smaller mid-sized bottles with an icepack.
All Easy Baby Travelers should be spot cleaned with water and soap. Do not place them in the washing machine and/or dryer.

When do you ship orders?
Order processing takes 1-3 business days depending on holidays and destination shipping country. You will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order. If you do not receive this email it may be because you entered your email address incorrectly or our confirmation email is getting caught in your spam filter. Please check the email address given is correct and add easybabytravelerscs@gmail.com to your exceptions list of your email client. If we have any questions or issues with your order an Easy Baby representative will attempt to email you first.
When do I receive my order?
U.S. standard shipping time is 2-10 business days after your Easy Baby order is completed. Rush shipping options are available during checkout. Once an item is shipped it is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver it. Please make sure your delivery location is safe and secure.
International standard shipping time is 6-30 business days after your Easy Baby order is processed. Times and costs vary by destination country. Rush shipping options are available during checkout. Once an item is shipped it is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver it. Customs time varies in each country and can delay your order.
Shipping fees for both national and international orders are nonrefundable and we are unable to prorate if the shipping company is outside of the shipping window. If you are unsure about your tracking, we recommend contacting the shipping company directly. They will not release any information to us that is more than what is offered on their websites.
Easy Baby is not responsible once the items leaves our facility with the shipping carrier.
Does Easy Baby offer shipping insurance?
Yes. For a small fee based on your order total, we have partnered with "Route" who make an insurance policy available for reimbursing or reordering in the unlikely event that a shipment is damaged, lost or confirmed delivered and stolen. The option will be available to you on our cart page when you checkout.
What happens if my shipment is delivered and stolen?
Stolen shipments rarely occur with e-commerce deliveries: confirmed delivered and stolen packages are rarely covered by a shipping carrier's insurance. Easy Baby is not liable for stolen deliveries. We do offer insurance for a small fee when you check out that covers damaged or stolen goods once delivered.
How is my Easy Baby order delivered?
US Easy Baby orders are shipped via a combination of USPS, FedEx, DHL and international local postal services. They come in a poly-mailer, are oversized and usually fit in most mailboxes, but sometimes do not fit in the mailboxes of apartment buildings. The carrier may leave a note, and your shipment with the doorman or at your apartment's door. If you are delivering to a non-secure location, for a very small fee, you can insure the shipment against theft.
Does Easy Baby you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping time varies. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in your Easy Baby item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. For certain countries we are able to include customs, taxes and etc as part of the shipping costs. This will be indicated when you checkout.
Can you alter the price for international shipments?
Sorry, but we won't. We follow all applicable laws.
Where do you ship from?
The majority of orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in California. Made-to-order Easy Baby diaper bag pouches, modern diaper bags, and products are shipped from the USA, Canada, and China, depending upon the item.
What methods of payment does Easy Baby accept?
Easy Baby accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, ApplePay, GooglePay, AfterPay and Amazon Payments.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. If your Easy Baby order is over $35 and you ordering in the USA, choose the AfterPay option during checkout to pay in four monthly payments.
Does Easy Baby protect my credit card information?
Our website processes orders through Shopify and uses a secure server (SSL) to encrypt all of your personal information. We use state-of-the-art security measures to prevent the loss, misuse, and alteration of your information once it is in our records. Can I include a gift message with my Easy Baby order?
Yes! Tap/Click "Gift Instantly" on the product page of the product you want to gift. You can then add your message and send a digital card.
Can the person I send a gift to exchange or return their order?
Yes. Sometimes people want to select a different style or another product. The person you sent the gift to can contact us via our website or the information on the packing slip and we will help them with a return or exchange. If they return the item, we will give them a credit they can use in our store.

Will the person I give a gift to get a gift receipt?
The packing list the person receives is used as the gift receipt. The cost of the items does not appear on the packing slip.

We make our Easy Baby products in the USA, Canada, and China.
What materials are Easy Baby Traveler and other products made with?
Our products are made from 100 percent cotton, polyester, and foamed polyethylene and white PEVA for our insulated bottle bags.
Do the colors and patterns of the bags vary?
Yes the colors and design of each set may vary from what is shown on the product page based on changes in material availability from our manufacturer.
Are Easy Baby Travelers' handles embroidered?
There is a label next to the handle but the handles are not embroidered with letters. The colors and patterns of the bags are designed to make it easy to recall what is inside them. We did not want embroidery on the handles to interfere with your own personal style.
Do we price match previous purchases?
Our sales and promotions may change over time. We are unable to price match previous purchases.
